ON-ICE Skating Skills

• introductory moves in the field

• spins

• jumps

OFF-ICE Conditioning

• proper stretching techniques

• conditioning exercises

• warm-up and cool-down tips

Students are evaluated and tested based on Learn To Skate USA criteria.
